The Performance Planner is an all-in-one goal-setting system developed by Zig Ziglar. My role was to modernize a dated design system and rebuild it into something that felt elevated, timeless, and visually intuitive for today’s audience.

The project included a full redesign of the physical planner and its digital companion materials. I refreshed the brand with a tactile charcoal linen cover, introduced a more contemporary typographic system, and reorganized the interior layouts for clarity and ease of use. Every spread was carefully restructured to guide users through goal-setting, weekly planning, and daily performance tracking without visual clutter.

The result is a cleaner, more approachable system that maintains the original intent of Ziglar’s methodology while presenting it in a format that feels relevant, functional, and premium.
